What are the officers arrested for in case of criminal property?

The file explains that Ishmael's co-ordination was being done by means of forged documents so that they could carry the property with the top surface in the name of another person, Mr. Yogoid.

In 31.10.2025, according to the file, a person had filed a case at the South police station regarding the same property after claiming that his parent had done it years earlier.

For all these developments at the station, it is claimed that Alfred Ismajli had announced the person with whom Serbian national Milovanov allegedly co-operated. Even the latter had always according to the file asked police Ismajli to convince the other side, the Albanian citizen to withdraw the complaint from the cadastre and the indictment from the court.

With these actions, Alfred Ismajli is allegedly engaged in criminal abuse of official office.

In the same period, Alfred Ismajli, as described by the file, had revealed internal information announcing Milovanoviqi's statements of witnesses for the investigation process, had even sent the same reports to investigators Bion Beqiri, so that Milovanov could see how they acted about the case. With these actions, Ishmael is also suspected of violations of the secret of the procedure.

In another move, Alfred Ismajli is claimed to have been involved with police investigator Bion Beqiri. Milovanovic, later the same to sell this property and profit illegally after he had forged documents of this property earlier and the same had attempted to be delivered to person Z. Jagodic. The two police officers allegedly committed the criminal work of making statements through tribulation.

In the case, another policeman, an anti-drug investigator in Pristina, Artan Shala, is alleged to enter.

The prosecution claims there is suspicion based that in Pristina, defendant Artan Shala, a policeman, misusing office or official authority has exceeded his legal competencies, so that he has obtained certificates of public property and since M. Milovanovic for the same property forged documents and then presented those properties as being with regular documents and the same are sold in order to profit illegally from their sale. These actions are taken by defendant Artan Shala according to M guidelines. Milovanovic, with what case on 2905.2024 Milovanovic asks suspect Artan Shala that “A spoke to the man to tear them out”, while on the date 30.05.2024, defendant Artan Shala tells Milovanovic that “kn letters me co-mailed when coming to give him”, and then via the viber sends the photos of certificates of property for some parcels.

By these actions defendant Artan Shala allegedly committed the criminal act of misuse of office and official authority.

Another point that charges Shala with the criminal offence to the secret of the procedure is also a doubt that the same, by misusing his duty or authorisations, in collaboration with others on the 30,05,2024 date had been put in service by M. Milovanov as the social property ownership certificates, which he had illegally secured that the same would then be different from the same.

The file also shows that two persons of Serbian nationality -- Mihajlo Milovanovic and Zelko Jagodiqishi -- have been arrested in 25.02.26 of economic crimes and corruption investigators under suspicion of counterfeiting documents, fraud and legalisation of false content.

Several telephones were seized during the arrest of the suspects, followed by the same have been examined and communications have been uncovered with police officials.

Mihajlo Milovanovovic was dealing with property trading, and in some cases he, according to police, had managed to profit property through forged documents. From the content of communications, police had said there were also meetings held between suspects and police officials. /Periscope
