Police have arrested the suspect, who, at the decision of the Renda Crime Prosecutor, has been sent to the detention.
The victim's lifeless body has been sent for autopsy at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina.
The founding prosecutor in Mitrovica reports that within the legal deadline it will submit the request for the appointment of the detention measure against the suspects.

Mitrovica, May 28th, 2026, Constitutional Prosecutorship in Mitrovica announces the public opinion that on the evening of May 27, 2026, in the Quarter of Roma in Mitrovica, there has been a serious murder, resulting from wounds sustained by a cold knife gun, a man of the male sex has lost his life while his brother has been injured.
In connection with the case, the suspect has been arrested, and, with the decision of the Renda Crimes Prosecutor, the same has been sent to maintenance.
