Iran's Revolutionary Guard says 25 ships crossed Hormuz transit in the last 24 hours

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Tuesday that 25 ships, including oil tankers, crossed the Hormuz Strait over the last 24 hours after receiving permission and security co-ordination from its navy.
In a statement published by Tasnim Nesa, Iran's semi-official agency, the IRC Navy said ships, including container ships, crossed strategic waterways during the last"and last night"with coordinates and security provided by its forces, reports the report. CNN, broadcast Periscope.
CNN could not independently verify maritime traffic figures.
The IRC navy also said it was holding what it described as"intelligent control"on the Strait of Hormuz, and warned that"any act of aggression will face devastating attacks".
The Strait of Hormuz is one of the most important points of the world's sea transport blocking, with a considerable portion of global oil supplies and gas passing through the narrow waterway. /Periscope/
