Iranian delegation returns from Doha following US ceasefire talks

Senior officials from Iran returned to their country Tuesday after meeting with mediators in Qatar's capital, Doha, as ceasefire talks between Tehran and Washington continue.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibauf, Foreign Minister Abbas Arghchi, and Iranian Central Bank Governor Abdolnaser Hemmati - "returned to the country hours ago", according to Iran's state broadcasting agency of Islamic Republic, the report CNN , broadcast Periscope.
Qatar and Iran diplomats discussed mostly"Iran's frozen", the semi-official Fars news agency reported on Tuesday. US devastating sanctions and regional violence have exacerbated the economic crisis in Iran, with Tehran demanding the immediate unblocking of billions of dollars of assets stored in banks abroad. If Tehran and Washington agree to the proposed deal, 24 billion Iranian assets could be released, the semi-official Iranian agency Tasnim said on Tuesday. But a senior American administration official told him CNN on Sunday that unblocking Iranian assets will happen only after the Hormuz Strait is reopened.
Tehran's delegation held “generally positive talks” in Doha, Tasnim said, while negotiating parties are clarifying key issues in a proposed memorandum to prevent violence caused by US-Israel attacks in late February. /Periscope/
