US-Iran Wars in the Strait of Hormuz, American General: We have sunk six small Iranian ships.

The US Army “destroyed six small Iranian ships in the Hormuz Strait today after Tehran released numerous <x2-mistressed vessels, fears and small ships” on American Navy ships and on commercial ships that were bribing” from the American Army, US Central Command chief Admiral Bradley Cooper told reporters.
Iranian sub-x0> Units were attacked by Apache helicopters and US-60 Seahawk”, Cooper said.
There are no “escorte” merchant ships from the American Navy in the Strait, Cooper said.
If you're accompanying a ship, you're playing on some kind of one-on-one approach. I think we have a much better protective layer in this process, with multiple layers including ships, helicopters, planes, early air warning, electronic warfare. We have a much broader defence package”He said.
Cooper said the U.S. had opened a “street with one toward” through the Strait, which was intended to allow commercial ships that are “held hostage” in the Persian Gulf for weeks, to exit the waterway, though he did not specify how many ships have used the newly opened lane so far.
