(a month ago)The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against defendants B.J. for criminal acts “Spy” and “Keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
According to the prosecution's indictment, B.J., in the quality of the police officer with the lieutenant rank, from an indefinite period of July 17th to July 2025, allegedly repeatedly and deliberately collected and sent to Serbian Intelligence Service officials classified documents linking with national security and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, the defendants' alleged actions have seriously violated national security, constitutional order and institutional functioning of the Republic of Kosovo.
P The SRK, has proposed to the Court, preventing the exercise of functions in public administration for 5 years, continuing the detention measure against B.J., the seizure and extermination of a weapon, the first in the amount of 2,000,000 dinars, 500 francs, and 7003 euros, as assets acquired with the commission of criminal action.
