German Ambassador on patrol with KFOR troops

The German contingent of KFOR continues to serve in the longest-lived Bundeswehr mission abroad, contributing daily to peace, stability and security in Kosovo and the region.




During a regular patrol, Germany's Ambassador to Kosovo, Rainer Rudolph, joined German soldiers to see their mission and daily responsibilities on the ground.


According to the German Embassy's announcement in Pristina, professionalism, commitment and close co-operation of the German contingent with international partners remain a clear example of dedication and service.


“A sincere thanks to all members of the service for their unbroken efforts and continued commitment”, said the statement.
