(a month ago)The European Union's special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sörensen, has announced about the meeting he had with Albanian Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha during Prague on Sunday, and where they discussed dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia
Sørensen stressed that there will be no bilatheralisation of dialogue, underlining that it remains a process facilitated by the European Union between Kosovo and Serbia. According to him, normalising relations is necessary for both sides on their path towards European integration.
“With Albanian Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha, I talked about dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia. I stressed there would be no bilatheralization of dialogue. It remains a process facilitated by the European Union between Kosovo and Serbia. Both sides need normalisation to advance their path towards the European Union”, he has declared.
