(a month ago)Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti and incumbent Minister Jalal Svecla have announced that the working group for the creation of gendarmerie has been established, writes Periscope.
"I have established the task force for analyzing and proposing modalities for establishing gendarmerie with the aim of strengthening border control, protecting territorial integrity and sovereignty, and quick response to high-level threats", Svechla said.
