(a month ago)The Supreme Court in Albania has put in place the security measure “prison arrest” for Erion Veliaj, thereby bringing down the mayor's recruit.
With that decision, Veliaj will continue to stay in Durres detention cells, reports A2 CNN.
The review of this recursor comes only three days after the Constitutional Court partially accepted the mayor's complaint against the <x0-> prison arrest” scheduled for 3 steps of the judiciary.
The Constitution reversed the case for retrial in the Supreme Court after finding that this court had not reasoned in the verdict some of Veliaj's claims.
