(2 months ago)Democratic Party of Kosovo head-in-chief Vlora Citaku has closed the door to the possibility of including Social Democrats Speaker Fatmir Limaj on the list for the June 7th parliamentary elections.
Citaku said at T7 that goal The PDK is to make “a list as comprehensive as”. At this point, she said the political scene needs new figures.
Our point is to make a list as comprehensive... I believe the political scene in Kosovo needs new figures, needs new personalities. A lot of us are putting ourselves in here. We have a whole life in politics. Mr. Limaj's case has not been discussed at all and I don't expect there to be an epilogue different than what was in the last” elections, she said.
The issue of Limaj's involvement on the list, Citaku said it is discussed in television studios, but in the party's leading structures, said “is not a matter at all”.
