Backlog denied for alleged bribery and corruption officials, Special brings home arrest

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has ruled in terms of the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure against three A.I. police officers, A.S. and B.B., suspected of several criminal acts.
The suspects, according to the announcement, are charged with misuse of official position or authority, violations of the secret of the procedure and receiving statements through austerity.
After reviewing the party's request and hearing, the preliminary procedure judge has rejected the request for custody as unequivocal and has imposed alternative security measures.
The trial of the preliminary procedure following the hearing of the parties in the procedure and after analyzing the subject paperwork, through the ruling has rejected the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure as unbased and against defendants A.S., and B.B. has set the ban on being offered to the designated country or person, which was assigned to the defendant's length of 1 (one) per month each, counting from 07.05.2026 to the 07.06.26”, says the report.
The court has also stressed that violating this move could bring its replacement to detention.
The three defendants, at a distance of 100 (a hundred) meters, will not be offered jobs, as well as other state institutions that deal with property -- the Kosovo Cadatral Agency. Disrespecting this move on the part of the defendants will be replaced with the detention measure”.
The trial has ordered the move at the police station towards defendants A.I., A.S., and B.B., which will be counted in length of (1) month, ranging from 07.05.2026 to 07.06.2026. The court could appoint the detention measure if the defendants fail to comply with the stated move. In the case of the court's deployment, the court found that, with high measures now, criminal procedures will be conducted without obstruction.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, the report said.
