Albin Kurti for the 2-million-dollar aviokopany that will bring the diaspora: No ticket purchase for election

The incumbent head of the Government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has reacted to the separation of 2m euros for aviokomapnia to support diaspora flights to Kosovo.
Kurti has said this has been done to enable the diaspora to spend July and August in Kosovo, and not for buying votes or coming organised to vote.
So it's not about buying tickets or coming organised for elections, as expected by several districts of the opposition bloc. This is a supportive scheme like most countries in the region, which allows our license to come and visit us this summer, as every year” wrote, Kurti.
Full response:
Subvention of airlines for specific destinations makes most countries in the region and beyond, with the aim of boosting tourism.
With our wonderful charter not losing a year without coming to our homeland, we have one more reason to do so. And in the face of the danger that some of the flights planned during July and August will be cancelled due to the rising cost of fuel, our decision yesterday to subsidise airlines that connect our charter destinations became necessary.
Cancelling flights in the summer months would mean that a considerable number of fellow countrymen could not come as they usually come in July and August. And that would be bad for them and their families, but it would be fatal for the country's economy as well. That's why I've engaged the ministers of Iron Murati and Dimal Basha to see the possibility of a move that would prevent such a situation.
The yesterday's decision to allocate 2m euros is aimed at subventing airlines that connect airport “Adem Jashari” to the airport from which our escape comes, and covers the remaining period of summer aviation season, which is until the end of October.
So it is not about buying tickets or coming organised for elections, as expected by several districts of the opposition bloc. This is a supportive scheme like most countries in the region, which allows our license to come and visit us this summer, just like every year.
Let go, welcome!
