Albanians among most emotionally tired at work in Europe, record Kosovo

17% of Albanian workers have claimed to feel “always” or “the majority of the time” emotionally tired of their work.
This percentage is among the top ten in Europe and above the European Union average of 13%, writes Tvclean. al.
However, in the region, Kosovo keeps the record, with 29% emotionally tired, or most of the time, the second highest in Europe, after Cyprus, Montenegro (26%), northern Macedonia (21%). Serbia is at the same levels as Albania, while the lowest level of emotional fatigue at work has Bosnia and Herzegovina (13%).
The data has been published by the European Commission's recent report on polling on working conditions and sustainable work, which was conducted once in 5 years and released in April.
The survey measures and physical fatigue, where Albanian workers seem to complain less, in relation to other European countries, with 26% always or constantly physically tired.
