Donald Trump has reiterated his statement that Tehran is desperate for Hormuz Strait to reopen.
In a post in Social Truth, several hours after announcing that the initial two-year ceasefire would be extended and insisted that the strait was “completely blocked”, Trump said Iran was financially “” and “contributed from a lack of money”, writes SkyNews.
He also reiterated his claim that Iran is losing $500m every day that the straits (a critical route for oil transport) is closed.
