US President Donald Trump has accused Iran of violating the ceasefire between him and the US several times.
As a reminder, Iran and the US agreed on a two-week conditional ceasefire on April 8th, which will expire Wednesday.
US President Donald Trump said the agreement was reached on the condition that Tehran reopen the Hormuz Strait, a vital transport route for oil and other exports from the Gulf.
Tehran said at the time it agreed to allow ships through the Hormuz Strait for two weeks, with their passage co-ordinated by the Iranian military, the BBC reports.
