While she was talking, the Speaker of the Parliament, Albulen Haxhiu, who told her to speak in session, reported Online Economy, broadcast Periscope.
What happened in the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament tonight was not supposed to happen. It's a big mistake. What the Speaker of the Parliament and the acting of the president took today is, without doubt, a serious blow to the constitutional order, which has been done to the Constitution of Kosovo, launching a session entirely contrary to the rules, which are well defined, where a session for the president's election would have to have two-thirds presence. This serious situation, so dangerous for the country's democracy, without a doubt, is violating constitutional order and an attempt at coups. For the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, this act marks not only one of the major constitutional violations, but, at the same time, the largest attack on the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. The alliance, under these circumstances, will take all possible actions to prevent such an action”, he said.
“Aleance has carefully conveyed this session and has been bringing democratic rules in line. What has happened today is the feather, is violation of the Constitution, and we in this unconstitutional act condemn it severely”, Tahiri added. /Periscope/
