Salij said the way this process is under way clearly indicates political interference.
The process is clearly corrupt, while the goal is to capture this institution”, he told FrontOnline.
According to him, recent developments show the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation is not functioning as an independent institution.
“This proves that the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation does not act as an independent, but submits to ruling party policies”, Saliaj said.
He warned that such decisions could have serious consequences for the agency's international reputation.
This irreverently endangers the credibility of AKA”, he said.
Saliaj recalled that returning Kosovo to European higher education security organisations was an important achievement, but according to him could be put at risk again.
“has been an achievement for Kosovo to return the AKA to ECQA and ECA, but now we are seriously at risk of repeating February 2018 when the AKA was expelled from the European Committee for the Security of Quality in Higher Education due to political interference”, he said.
