K The ESCO reports to all consumers that, in line with the requirements and recommendations of the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE), a joint agreement has been reached with the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), aimed at more efficient management of power supply costs.
In this challenging period for the energy sector, characterized by increasing the need for electricity import, this agreement is part of co-ordinated efforts between institutions and energy sector companies to maintain the stability of the system and protect the final consumer.
At the heart of this agreement lies the application of a temporary cost distribution mechanism proposed by Z RRE, which aims to avoid the immediate impact of rising costs on electricity tariffs.
As the supplier of universal service, K The ESCO has played an active role in reaching this agreement, supporting an approach that guarantees sustainable supply and protects the final consumer from immediate financial burdens.
This agreement is considered an important step towards maintaining stability in the energy sector and testifies to inter-institutional co-operation in the function of citizens' interest.
