Rama, via a Facebook post, wrote that the water pipeline is obliged to announce the municipality of any intervention involving cutting asphalt and sidewalks.
The pipeline is obliged to inform the municipality of any intervention that goes on the streets, including cutting asphalt and sidewalks. To that end, we have been directed to an official letter through which we have suggested that, in addition to the emergency cases required for immediate intervention, these works not be completed during traffic rush times”, he wrote.
