Several deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement have already begun to gather in the Assembly Hall.
The session was scheduled to continue at 2: 00 p.m.
The session was originally scheduled to begin at 10:00, but Chief Prime Minister Albulen Haxhiu pushed her, arguing that she wants to give the opposition time to participate.
Opposition party MPs have not even joined the session today.
They also boycotted the April 27th session.
At Monday's session, attended only by majority deputies, it was voted for the two candidates for president, proposed by the Vetevendosje Movement: Feride Rushiti and Hatage Hoxha.
Rushiti received 63 votes in the first round, while Hoxha did not vote. Another vote was invalid.
