“Should not have left a member to not have been decreed by former President Osmani. Mrs. Haxhiu now has two requests -- of LVV and PDK. It is in respect of the constitutionality and principles of law and representation of parliamentary groups must first appoint a member. We appreciate that the next member to come should be from the PDK. Even though it comes from the same party, Haxhi would have to be impartial to carry out the task of duty with integrity ... The constitution requires a member of the PDK ranks that the case be not sent to Constitution...
