American President Donald Trump earlier today said those attacks were coming and even seemed to warn Iran.
At the NATO summit in Ankara in Turkey, Trump made four presentations to the media, Sky News reports.
During his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the US president said he is giving Iran a small warning.
They [Iran] released several fears and a rocket to ships because they were in the strait. And so we hit them pretty hard last night.
Maybe we'll hit them hard again tonight. I'll give you a little warning. We hit them hard tonight. But we'd see how everything would turn out to be”, he said. /Periscope/
