LDK chairmanship meets today following election results

The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo will hold a meeting today at 1500, as the party's spokesman, Besian Mustafa, confirmed yesterday.
The meeting comes a day after the Certificate of final results of the June 7th parliamentary elections. In this election, the weather LDK is 16.69% of the vote, 18 seats in the Assembly.
President Albulen Haxhiu's duty could call the Assembly Constituent session.
The Assembly is dedicated to a session that “is held within thirty days of the official announcement of the results of the elections”, according to Article 1 of the country's 66th Constitution. The president, in this case the task forwarder, “calls the first session of the” Parliament, according to the same article's point 3. If it is unable to do so, “The Assembly meets without the participation of President”, the Constitution says.
Haxhiu said on Wednesday that the constitutional session would call “within the <x1-day deadline.
