Naim Murseli and Granit Plava have been sentenced to life imprisonment and Cocall Concert to 30 years in prison.
The prosecution at last session where the final words were said has demanded maximum prison sentences for the accused, claiming that the murder was organised and carried out in a planned manner and in the presence of children.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, protecting the accused has rejected the charges.
How was the murder?
The incident charges Mursel with planning her murder in order to take advantage of her vital provision in Sweden, worth about 260 thousand euros.
The cocaine is accused of informing Mursel of the Plava, who is accused of being a glove.
Plava is accused of killing Ademiaj with firearms, shooting him in the head, according to forensic expert, at a distance of two to five inches [2 to 5 cm].
According to the prosecution, he had committed the murder in exchange for 30 thousand euros from Murseli.
During the trial, however, Kokalla has stated that the deal with Mursel, to take responsibility for the murder, was for 250 thousand euros, but that large sums had agreed not to be mentioned in the police for only 30 thousand euros.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor of the case, Yavorka Perlinchevic, has stated during the trial that Mursel had held his wife by his arm so as not to escape the bullet.
“... The naim, slyly, with his right hand, held Lyridona for her left hand arm, so that she wouldn't avoid the lead, after what, Naim, with the children, has left the car, and left the scene of the”, the prosecutor said at the start of the trial process, on January 31, 2025.
The pistol, with which the murder was committed, Mursel is accused of buying it from Tom Dodaj for 280 euros on the day of the tragic event.
The latter has pleaded guilty at the beginning of the judicial process, while in February 2025 he was sentenced to five years in prison and five thousand euros in fine for criminal work “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation, or unauthorised sale of weapons or explosive matter”.
However, after about a year, the Court of Appeals reduced the sentence to Dodaj to three years in prison and 3 thousand euros in fines, citing the guilty's admission, the apology to the victim's family, and the fact that “had not been aware of what the weapon that had sold” would be used for. /Periscope
