High temperatures, KDR authorizes judges in the Palace of Justice to suspend work

The Kosovo Judiciary Council has authorised the Supreme Court leaders, Appeals, Administrations, Commercials and Foundations in Pristina to take measures because of high temperatures prevalent in the Palace of Justice.
It is already left to the mayors of courts at the Palace of Independence, which on the basis of the assessment could reduce or suspend the work, Kosovo Prees broadcasts.
At today's meeting, the KDR leader, Rrustem Thaci, despite the chairman's assessment, said they could decide to reduce or suspend until the situation improve.
“Autorize the Supreme Court, Appeals, Commercial, Foundation and Administratorial judges to assess the working conditions, the state of high temperatures, and regardless of the assessment to decide on the reduction of work or suspension until the improvement of the”, Thaci said.
He said that the situation in the Palace of Justice is alarming and inlerable.
