A month's detention for narcotics suspect in Pec

The decision was taken by the presiding judge of the preliminary procedure, Armend Lokaj, after reviewing the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pec and holding the hearings on 7 April 2026.
According to the tribunal, the detention measure will last a month, ranging from the arrest date of April 5, 2026 at 17:04, until May 5th, 2026 at the same hour.
The detention is set in line with the relevant provisions of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code.
The sides are entitled to this decision within the 48 hour deadline, through the Foundation Court in Pec, at the Court of Appeals in Pristina. /Periscope
