The event has occurred after institutional debates on organising and functioning the exam have received added attention in recent days.
In her response, OAK has indicated that I am following these developments with concern, but without being listed on any side of the debate.
According to Oda, the Jurisprudence test is not simply the question of an institution or commission, but an important link that directly affects the quality of the entire justice system.
The OAK has made clear that candidates do not become victims of institutional disputes and that professional standards do not decrease under any circumstances.
It is also stressed that the evaluation process should remain free of any interference, while any decision-making should be transparent and in line with legal competencies.
Oda has warned that any violations of these principles do not harm only a certain process, but undermines citizens' trust in justice and the very democratic values of the state.
In the end, the OAK has called on institutions to act with caution and responsibility, ensuring a fair and impartial process. /Periscope
