He spoke of compromise, saying it must be democratic and not as he said, shopping to accommodate political figures.
The political agreement and compromise among political parties for the ruling coalition is the most normal thing in democracy. But compromise in a democracy, must be democratic. Compromise is not a bargain that relates to accommodate political figures”.
The true “compromis, the one who provides citizens, is built on two non-negotiable pillars, first on respect for the outcome of the reductions, that is, respect the will of citizens and political weights they have given each political subject and second on institutional and democratic responsibility stemming from public engagement, and by the fact that you are elected representative of the people”, he said.
Kurt also mentioned the outcome of the elections, saying it should be re-recovered and that this is not submission.
Words “subservation”, according to the prime minister, have been misused by the opposition, saying it compromises and understands how the winner of the election is submissive.
The election resolution is not enough just to accept, the election outcome should be respected and respect for the outcome is not submission, another term misused by the opposition in this and outside the hall. If there is a submission, it is against the citizens' verdict, which by vote have determined the weight of which the political subject, also determining parliamentary behaviour”.
“Precisely due to the misunderstanding of “subservation”, the opposition understands the election winner's submission. Compromise is an agreement reflecting the reality of the electoral mandate by giving others what is due according to their electoral burden”, Kurti said.
