In her public response, O VL-KLA stresses that democratic functioning of institutions and respect of the Constitution are the foundation of the state of Kosovo. According to the organisation, any process or action that triggers doubts about overcoming competencies or violating the Constitution should be addressed with high institutional responsibility and in accordance with the law.
O V L- The KLA highlights the role of the parliamentary majority, requiring its caution and responsibility in decision-making. The organisation appeals for the processes in the Assembly to be fair and inclusive, avoiding unilateral actions that could undermine institutional co-operation.
In response, it warns that any action that violates the spirit of political co-operation endangers democratic stability and citizens' trust in state institutions.
