They've identified three people, and in their view the murder has occurred for reasons of revenge.

Following deepening and professional investigations, analyzing any evidence related to the event was made possible the identification of suspected authors, namely citizens:
- A. M., 22, F. M., 36, and R. M., 23, resident of Lezha.
From the dynamics of the event it turns out that the type “A4” vehicle has kept in observation the movement of citizens Kreshnik Mujejci. Then another vehicle, type “Volkswagen”, is suspected of cutting the path of the citizen Kresnik Mujejci, along with his wife, and the citizens in the vehicle have been shot in a hail of arms in the direction of his vehicle.
Further investigative actions allegedly caused the murder to take place for revenge. Investigations continue intensively, in charge of the prosecution, of the full legal record of the event.
As for the authors, after their identification, police facilities have exercised control in several residences and other facilities, but their finding has not been possible. These citizens have been declared at large.
Operation follows on the ground, where Special Forces are comprised “RENEA”, National Security Forces and operational structures of the Lezha Police Department, with the aim of localisation and capture.
Also followed are the work of finding and sequencing vehicles and firearms used to carry out the murder.
The Lezha Police Local Directorate is fully committed to ensuring order and security, obtaining and striking lawlessness, and in this context inviting citizens to believe and support police structures, denouncing any case of lawlessness.
