The Court of Appeals has dropped the defence complaint over the sentence that Kalesha was found guilty of double murder, parents of former loved ones in Florence in 2015.
The decision was handed out Wednesday night, Italian media broadcast Clankosova.tv.
The prosecutor had also demanded that sentences handed down to the first and second degree be left to power.
Teuta and Passho Rescue disappeared in November 2015. Five years later, in December 2020, their broken remains were found in four suitcases thrown into a field between the Florence highway . Pisa à Livorno and the Sollicciano prison in Florence.
