Haradinaj commemorates the martyrs of the Battle of Morina: “Everial value for freedom fighters”

The former leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has commemorated the Battle of Morina, which took place on 7 July 1998 in the Dukagjin Operative Zone.
In a Facebook post, Haradinaj has said that along with relatives of martyrs and fellow fighters, he has honoured the memory of the brave ones who fell into the Dukagjin Operative Zone.
Today, along with the family of martyrs and warriors, we honored the memory of the brave ones who were eternal that day: Muhamet Ukshini, Shkelzen Syla, Blerim Ukshini, Ahmet Pulatin, noble Salihu, Nezir Elezaj, Ymer Bytyqi, Arben Ukshi and Sylejmon Abdelini. On the anniversary of the fall, we also honoured the memory of Witness Agim Mazreki. He was an outstanding warrior, determined and ever ready for battle and any military task.
Their decline was a serious blow to the course of war, but it was also inspired for thousands of young people who joined the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army, further taking the holy ideal of freedom. Eternal honor for freedom fighters” wrote it.
