In a public response, Citaku said the president's issue is constitutional and state, and cannot be addressed as the subject of inpision or open political debate.
“We don't need to discuss whether Kosovo needs president or not. This is a constitutional and state issue, not an Improvisation subject”, it wrote.
She added that the PDK has been clear from the beginning and has offered concrete options for solutions, while accusing LVV of lack of seriousness in the process.
According to her, the ruling party's recent actions from international meetings to approaching the process indicate a lack of will for co-operation.
“don't want solutions, but they want submission. They do not seek consensus, but produce crisis”, Citaku said.
