The IPK suggests he had accepted information from the complainer, who has denounced the case, claiming that the police official has committed illegal acts.
After receiving information, IPK investigators, in co-ordination with the competent Prosecution, have taken investigative action, after which the suspect has been arrested and with the decision of the competent prosecutor has been assigned the 48-hour detention measure.
