(2 months ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj reports that under the decision of the State Prosecutor of the North Crimes Department, he has banned in 48 hours' length, a suspected swimmer at Ferizaj, due to suspicion of criminal work: “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414, and a person due to suspicion [...]
“Using official position or authority” by Article 1414, as well as a person due to suspicion of criminal activity “Blerja, acceptance or hiding of items used to do criminal work” by Article 333 of the Republic of Kosovo penal code.
The detention of the two defendants in the case has been made as a result of the continuing investigation related to the preliminary case, where, earlier by the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj, three more people were detained due to suspicion of misuse of official office.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, against the defendants in this criminal case, will proceed further with necessary legal procedures and actions.
