VV 3, PDK one? From the Constitution to the extent of the President's request for the CEC case

Periscope has sent questions to the Constitutional Court, asking whether Osman's request for CEC members will be addressed and the treatment has begun and when any pleas are expected.

The CEC consists of 11 members. According to the Kosovo Constitution, the composition of the CEC should have 11 members, 6 of whom represent Albanian parliamentary groups and 4 members from the community ranks. The CEC chairman should come from the ranks of the judicial system.
We remember that last week Periscope reported that LVV is demanding the appointment of three CEC members, The PDK has two members, while the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo have proposed by a member in the CEC.
Vetevendosje (LVV) movement, Alban Krasniqi, Violet Salihu and Nyazi Isaac épa Isaac are the names proposed by this party for the new composition of the CEC.
The country's second Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has nominated two names for representatives in the CEC. From the PDK, they have indicated that Rashit Qalaj and Ilir Gashi are their proposals.
