Tragedy in Gllojan: Halil Mehmetaj accused of pushing the boys into murder

The Basic Prosecutor's Act in Pec for the triple murder case in Glodjan attributes a special role to Halil Mehmetaj, who is charged with criminal work “Push to serious murder”
Halil Mehmetaj allegedly, in the period from June 14th 2020 to November 26th, 2021, has urged his sons, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj to kill Gani Gjokaj, who, according to the indictment, blamed him for his daughter's suicide, heroina Mehmetaj.
The document says Halil Mehmetaj had openly expressed the conviction that Gani Gjokaj was responsible for his daughter's death and had sworn revenge.
The prosecution also mentions the Heroin burial ceremony, where, according to the indictment, he had placed his wristwatch on the coffin, describing it as part of circumstances related to the alleged motive.
According to the prosecution's claims, this push has resulted in the murder of bus driver Gani Gjonaj, but also with the murder of two minors, Ledion Hamzaj and Genta Mustafaj, as well as the grave injury of Fliant Turkaj, while other passengers on the bus “Erblin” on the night of November 26, 2021.
For these claims, the prosecution accused Halil Mehmetaj of criminal activity “Push into serious murder”, while against Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj, an indictment has been filed for “grave murder” as co-chairman.
