It's unusual in Pec: The man convicts the sister-in-law, says he faced constant psychic violence

The man told the police he's faced ongoing psychic violence from his sister-in-law.

“Kosovo's male victim, has reported that the alleged (cuinal) is constantly causing psychic violence. The parties after the interview and released in regular procedure”, says the Kosovo Police Report.
