Srebrenica Genocide Memorial Day in Pristina marked with an action

In Pristina today, an action will be organised on the 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, near Kino Armata in Mahham” Square.
July 11th marks the Day of the Genocide Memorial in Srebrenica, one of the most serious crimes committed in Europe after World War II.
In July 1995, Bosnian Serb forces killed more than 80,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys. Genocide has been recognised by international courts, and since 2024, July 11 has been declared by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Day of Reflection and the Genocide Memorial in Srebrenica.
