Tahiri: Republic of Kosovo, in worst situation in post-independence

The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Parliamentary Group, Besnik Tahiri, has said the battle for the presidential post concerns without the saturation of the Vetevendosje Movement, even though it has received 51 per cent in the December 28th elections. He said Article 86, point two, is as clean as [...]
He said Article 86, point two, it's clear as tears and explains what happens if the president or the new president is not elected 30 days before the president's term ends.
Tahiri at the media conference, along with Beki Berisha, has said concern that the state is entering a blockade that no one could think of.
“To The AAK, our country, our state, the Republic of Kosovo, is in the most serious situation in the post-independence, in one of the deepest crises with many unknowns, bringing the state into a situation where we have now entered the second year, an experiment of battles on paper, legal and constitutional, as well as failure to function the state and government for functions that should exercise before citizens. Kosovo today is in a blockade, while the government is dysfunctional, the state is dysfunctional. Kosovo's economy is on the brink of collapse in the absence of investments, both the public and foreign sectors. In one blockade are companies and corporations, which have serious problems up to their bankruptcy and the expulsion of workers, as well as no pay. So is the Kosovo situation”, Tahiri said, reports Online Economy, broadcast Periscope.
Tahiri criticised the Vetevendosje Movement, which, according to him, is failing to make the state functional.
The consumer prices for citizens and families have come to the stage that has become unbearable for life. And where is the government's political and public debate today? Imagine that two sets of elections win the Vetevendosje Movement, at least by 51 percent, and are unable to make the state functional, because it is impartial and wants to take this institution, even the presidency institution. They brought us into a situation where, on the last day, it's hard to know who the candidate is and we're forced into another battle at the Constitutional Court, in the absence of total political, institutional, state and historical responsibility”, he said,
Tahiri says the AAK has already prepared an analysis on the issue of decree and constitutional debate.
For us it's pretty clear and simple: if there's justice and it's treated merit, then Article 86, point 2 is clear and clear as tears. She says 30 days before the president ends her term at the office, there must be elections. Any other treatment is circumstantial; any procedure is for procedures for other cases. Whatever happens after that date is just a tendency to continue a Saga and, worse, to block Kosovo”, Tahiri said.
And he has also commented on the attacks LVV deputy Adnan Rrustemi made the day before against ambassadors, asking them not to visit the Constitutional Court, as it according to him is destroying it.
Tahiri says it's a long-standing LVV imagination.
Another problem is that it relates to LVV's thinking to attacking independent institutions. How can a representative of the people, a party with 51 percent, and attack the Constitutional Court and try to influence politically, saying that some ambassadors are trying to destroy the Constitutional Court? Not the men who built it and helped it, they don't destroy it; but destroy it you who want to have political influence”, he said. /Periscope/
