We remember that the day before, Osman announced he prosecuted them in Kosovo AssemblyConstitutional amendments aimed at enabling the election of president by citizens through direct voting.
The Kosovo Assembly last night held a hearing for the election of the new president, but was interrupted due to lack of quorum.
Only 66 MPs were present at the session, much less than the number needed to reach the quorum.
