As it was meant to start around 8:00, right now the Kosovo Assembly deputies have started gathering in the hall.

Soon, it is expected to begin reviewing the constitutional proposals proposed by Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.

Earlier, the Commission for Legislation voted the 2011 constitutional amendments to change the way the president of Kosovo is elected.

While to vote in the Parliament, they need two-thirds doubles, two-thirds of minorities, respectively.

These amendments were sent to Vjosa Osmnai in the Kosovo Assembly not even ten hours before the end of the president's constitutional deadline for election, which was put out of Vetevendosje and proposed Glauk Konjufca.
