Leaders of political parties P have gone to the meeting DK, AAK's LDK. Vetevendosje has announced it will not participate after praising the constitutional decree, hence the election meeting.
President Osmani on Friday has issued the decree for the distribution of the Assembly.
According to the Law, early elections must be held within 45 days, but no later than 30 days.
