Rrustemi has stressed that so far there is no information for a second candidate, except for the LVV proposed Glauk Konjufca.
“So far we have no information for the second candidate, we have a candidate who has met the procedural and constitutional conditions and criteria, supported by 30 signatures. The procedure cannot begin without at least two candidates”.
I personally signed the Konjufca candidacy, but we have said it over and over again and have invited opposition deputies to propose the second candidate”, he said. /Periscope/
