A month's detention for Moscow, the other two for attack on Burim Pacolli

The Constitutional Court in Pristina -- the General Department for Criminal Affairs -- has decided regarding the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the G.K. indictees, due to alleged suspicion that he has committed slight bodily injury in co-ordination and criminal work Canat, against B.M. defendants. due to unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrope or analogic substances and defendants. Because of a suspicion based on having committed a criminal offense.

Pristina's preliminary procedure judge after hearing the parties in the procedure and after analyzing the subject documents found that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the detention measure is based, so I approved the PTHP's request for the appointment of the detention measure to the G.K., B.H. and A.D. defendants, so that the same ones have been assigned the detention measure in length of 1 (a month) each.

The court estimates that assigning the detention measure to this criminal case is adequate and found the detention measure at present is the only measure for the unhindered flow of criminal procedure into this criminal legal case.

Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
