Missile attacks, Rama sharply criticise Tehran: Aggression Cannot Be Acceptable

Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has reacted sharply to the attacks he described as <x0-verbered and desperate” by Iran against the United Arab Emirates, viewing them as a threat to regional stability and international security. In a public statement, Rama stressed that the attacks are not just against a sovereign state, but against the very idea of a Middle East built on peace and co-operation.

The Khomeinist Republic's blind and desperate “They are an attack on stability, prosperity and the very idea that the Middle East can be determined by peace and co-operation, instead of war and chaos”, he said.

The prime minister also cited Dubai as a symbol of development and stability in the region.

“Syning a peace deal like Dubai with rockets of hatred and destruction once again reveals the true nature of the medieval regime in Tehran”, Rama said.

He added that the United Arab Emirates have become a model of a modern Middle East. The United Arab Emirates have become a global symbol of promoting peace, opening up to dialogue, economic dynamism, interreligious co-existence and cultural vitality”, he stressed.

According to Rama, safety in the Persian Gulf is an issue of global importance. “Syguria in the Persian Gulf is not a local concern; it is a global impact”, he said, warning that any attempt to destabilise threatens energy routes, trade corridors and fragile architecture of regional peace.

In the end, the Albanian prime minister underlined Albania's full support for the United Arab Emirates and their leadership, isolating President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

“Albania stands in full and steadfast solidarity with the leadership and people of the United Arab Emirates”, Rama said, adding that “ata that choose darkness and destruction must find themselves isolated from a world representing stability, co-operation and peace”.
