I'm not a lawyer, and the Constitutional Court will explain that. But I don't understand how the starting date of the 60-day process can have more weight than the very specific deadline for electing the president. The deadline exists for a major reason: to ensure without letup the institutional continuation of the head of state. The process is a means of achieving that goal.
With this procedural logic, the first party that automatically belongs to the head of the Parliament could indefinitely hold the presidency hostage with task officers. Which also seems to be the goal of this party that will not stop until it has full control of every institution, from the hunting association to the local communities.
