Lushaku stressed that her party accepts the Constitutional Court's decision and will continue to maintain co-operative approaches in political dialogue on electing the president, reports EO,transmeton Periscope.
“We are now in a new situation, where the Constitutional Court has given its interpretation and provided clarifications to certain points, and we, as a party, have accepted the decision as such and continue our approach, as before the decision, to be cooperative and participate in dialogue. It is very important that at this stage Kosovo be given functional institutions and that the functionality of our state not be violated for a moment. We will make our contribution as long as it is our responsibility, but should not be forgotten that the main responsibility is to bear the largest party, which has the largest number of MPs and without which president” cannot be elected.
Therefore, if their will is to have a solution, we will. If not, Kosovo remains to move towards the elections, for which the LDK is ready, united and unique to move towards the elections. Citizens have voted for the VV to run, but not for President”, she said. /Periscope
