(an hour ago)The Central Inspectorate of Market Supervisor (IQMT), in co-operation with the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK), has continued during today's implementation of the operational inspection plan for businesses exercising activities in the field of cryptovalus and exchanges across the country's territory.
The Ministry of Trade, Trade and Innovation said that 14 inspections have been conducted during today's action.
“As a result of the raids, two other businesses have been closed due to the lack of documentation needed for the exercise of the event, while two businesses have been fined for disrespecting work schedule”.
The IQMT said that any economic subject exercising activities in this sector is obliged to meet all legal requirements, ensuring consent for minimum technical conditions by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade (MINT), as well as relevant licenses from the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (BQK), in line with legislation in force.
